Our Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and we want your experience at B-Prep.co.uk to be as smooth and pleasant as possible which is why we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item by contacting customer service by e-mail or call 020 7813 4330 for an approved RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of order receipt.  Please note: Food items cannot be returned or refunded. Returns without an approved RMA or after 30 days will be refused.  Approved RMA items must be in their original, new, unopened, unused condition with no odors, visible markings, rips, tears or stains.  All items must be received in resellable condition. If your items meet the aforementioned criteria, then contact customer service by e-mail or at the above contact information.  Your return must visibly display your RMA on the outside of the package or it will be refused.  Please note that customers will pay for shipping costs of returned items.  It is the responsibility of the customer to insure the shipment.  We are not responsible for packages sent to us that are lost or damaged.  After inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus the original cost of shipment and a 15% restocking fee or £10.00 minimum.  If an item is returned to us damaged or used, a variable percentage of the price will be deducted accordingly.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

Please note: your credit card will be charged in full at the time of your purchase. We attempt to inform you at the time of your purchase of an approximate delivery time to the best of our ability.  Delivery times may be shorter or longer depending on the current market situation and due to unexpected delays and circumstances beyond our control.  We are not responsible for any special compensation due to extended delays.  If you feel there was an error in your order, please contact us at 020 7813 4330 or e-mail us within 7 days. We will attempt every effort to correct your order. In the unlikely event that you are shipped an incorrect item, B-Prep will pay your return standard insured shipping. Please make sure you include your name, email address, and phone number with your order information and order date.  If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed there will be a 10% cancellation fee due to internal handling costs and procedures.  If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to request a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of your item minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking/handling fee (please see above Our Guarantee). If you would like to exchange your item, please inform customer service of your exchange preference within 30 days. You will be charged shipping for any new exchange items plus any cost difference. If your order was damaged during delivery, incorrect, or you feel there was an error in your order you must contact B-Prep within 7 days of delivery receipt at 020 7813 4330 or e-mail us.  If you would like to pay with a personal check or money order, please make payments to: B-Prep Ltd. and post to the address above.  Please make sure that you include your item descriptions, price and quantity, any applicable shipping fees, and most importantly your name, shipping address and contact info.  With many orders there are no applicable shipping fees, but you can calculate your shipping fee (if there is one) by putting your items in the shopping cart and then click the proceed to checkout button.  Your order ships once your check clears our bank.  

International & Domestic Shipping

NOTE: 
Non UK mainland residents may be billed for extra shipping charges not included in original order.  Please contact customer service for a shipping quote if you have any questions.  All orders are normally processed within 48 hours of order receipt unless it comes from one of our distributors, then processing time can be up to 4-5 business days - this does not include transit and delivery times.  Transit time is calculated from the time your order leaves the warehouse.  Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.  We try to accommodate shipping times that meet your needs.  We offer economical shipping and for special circumstances, expedited shipping.  Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.  Due to the nature and size of some of our items, your address must be able to receive shipments.  If you're in a remote location, please let us know as we may need to make special arrangements for your delivery.  Special arrangements may also require extra shipping fees. B-Prep also ships internationally. Please allow up to 5 days for processing International orders.  International customers are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees or any other charges that you may incur for importing products into your country. Customs policies are different for every country and you should contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. Wrong addresses may result in shipping delays and added shipping charges. If your package is returned due to a incorrect address you will be charged extra shipping to re-ship your items. If your item was damaged during shipping, you must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of delivery. You will be given specific instructions to best facilitate your item replacement or claim.

Product Warranties

Many of our products have specific instructions for warranty parts & service.  Please make sure that you read all manufacturer warranty claims on your products.  We attempt to make sure that every item that leaves our warehouse are defect free.  Minor cosmetic blemishes that may occur during shipping and handling are not considered defects.  If for some reason you feel your new product is defective, you must contact customer service at B-prep.co.uk within 30 days.  After 30 days the manufacturer warranty applies.  You may opt to have your item replaced or refunded within 30 days.  Please see our return policy above. B-prep does not service any warranties.
