It's Easy. Choose a Ready-To-Go Plan, or make up your own by choosing your favourites by the case. All the information of how many Meals and Servings are there. The Pouches are best used within 2-5 years. The Tins will easily last 25 years or more if stored properly (not in extreme heat).
